Workshops of Henan ZhongBo Railway Technology Co., Ltd
Henan ZhongBo Railway Technology Co., Ltd. project is jointly funded and constructed by Shanghai Huibo Investment Company and Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. It is a key project of Anyang City in 2017. The total investment of the project is 400 million yuan, covering an area of 100 acres and a total construction area. About 78,000 square meters. After the project is completed, it can produce 150,000 tons of rail equipment products annually, which will be sold to domestic and international markets.
The company currently covers an area of 13,000 square meters of the first phase of the plant has been completed, and 3 Vossloh iron pad production lines have been put into operation. The second phase of the plant has a total area of 24,000 square meters, divided into two east and west buildings. At present, the main parts of the two plant buildings have been completed. The pipeline network, equipment foundation, windows and glass in the plant are under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of the month.
The company will gradually complete two automated spring clips production lines and one high-speed rail nut automated production line, curved track bolt production line, resin sleeper production line and high-speed rail brake pad production line after the production workshop is completed and put into production. The total investment of the project is 200 million yuan, and the annual sales income is expected to reach 600 million yuan after it is put into production, and the annual profit and tax will be 100 million yuan.
