The expended perlite fire proof door core uses perlite as raw material,mixed with some proportion of inorganic adhesive and chemical addition agent.The perlite is natural,will be expended by machine with the high temperature of 1300℃,then the structure will be like honeycomb.The perlite can prevent the high temperature,no poisonous chemical substanecs contained.That's why it is the natural green and environmental friendly fire proof material.
The fire proof door core has passed the National Standard of GB/T5464-1999,National Fire Resistance Test GB8625-2006/A1,and GB18580-2001,CE85:97.
The perlite fire proof core is used to make steel or wooden fire proof door.Can be used in human house,hotel,office buildings,business shopping center,school,hospital,laboratory,train station,airport,theater,factory etc.
1.The boards will be packed with wooden pallet and film.
2.Delivery time:depend on the quantity,usually a 20'container needs 1 month.

2.What is the raw material?
The raw materials are natural perlite and some inorganic high strength adhesive.Our fireproof board is different from MgO board.We make the perlite expended,not just pour them in a mould,different tech from others.
3.Any clients are using your boards?
We have clients from Australia,Vietnam,Thailand, Dubai etc and also China.
4.How about the fireproof time?
At least 60min,even the thickness of 25mm.It is not so goodlooking,but it is a really natural and high-qualited fireproof product.
