Vermiculite acoustic panels are made of expanded vermiculite. It's a natural silica mineral products which is asbestos free, eco-friendly and porous constructed.
Expanded vermiculite has good performance for heat retaining, fireproof, and noise adsorption, sound resistant. Widely used in acoustic insulation and fireproof insulation material.

Hebei Color Season Metal & Mineral Import and Export Co., Ltd is professional in mineral products importing and exporting for over 30 years. In 2005, we established our wholly owned manufactory Hebei vermiculite product Co., Ltd, for supplying Japanese customer for their electronic storage heaters. thickness ranges 10-80mm can be produced while density concluded 375-1200kg/m3

Acoustic applying datas
For acoustic applyings, we suggest using density of 600-800kg/m3 which both good strength and noise reduction.
For the reworkable of vermiculite panels, you can choose carve, print, hole, cut etc process for unique preference.
