? ?Biomass gasification furnace comprises:slicing machine,crushing machine,drying system,the gasification system,control system.Biomass raw material goes through crushing and drying (after drying the moisture content of raw material is less than 5%),then by automatic feeding device transport to the reactor-mouth,by the injection device inject into the reactor for fast gasification.In the thermodynamic condition,the reactor is put into heat carrier gas that gasification required and catalyst pyrolysis ?generate to combustible gas and tar,under catalyst funvtion,part of tar futher cracked into permanent combustible gas.After gasification,the catalyst and carbon-residue delivery to the regenerative furnace by automatical feeding device,with high temperature heating the regenerated catalyst is returned to the reactor for gasification reaction.Continuous heating of catalyst recycling,improving the thermal efficiency of gas.
? ?The gasified gas is outflow from the high-speed centrifuge reactor(our patent product).This time the gas from centrifuge without dust,tar,can be directly used as clean combustible gass.Combustible gas composition containing CO,H2 and CH4,calorific value up to 3000Kcal/Nm3.
