Jihua 3509 Textile Co.,Ltd is one of subsidiary of Jihua Group Corporation Limited(Shanghai Stock Exchange 601718),the company is a professional yarn and grey fabric manufacturer, the company established in 1950 as a military factory,so the most of workers are in some way well trained by the Amry, they are the best workers in China I think. We keep our amry factory spirits to produce products, more than 99.95% Grade A products, speedy delivery, timely new products, competitve price shows our powerful supply ability.
After the factory been transfered to the Goveronment from Amry, we update a lot of machine to be a modern factory. We start spin 40s,60s cotton yarn instead of 100% polyester spun yarn in 2003, the brand "Jiunianhuan" become a famous brand in the South Area of China, then we start bamboo yarn and other special fiber yarn in 2006. Then we import hundreds air jet looms from Japan to weave high quality downproof fabric(some people call plain fabric) and bamboo/cotton fabric since 2006, which is a big step of 3509, in the same year, we became the biggest downproof fabric and bamboo/cotton fabric supplier in China. By the development of China and foreign market, 3509 start high quality high thread count cotton fabric weaving and 100s-120s cotton yarn spinning in 2009, what's more we start cooperate with Pac-Fung Group, which is a famous company who focus on North American market. In the year of 2010, we start cooperate with Yantai Pacific Home Fashion Co.,Ltd, and supply high quality bamboo/cotton, tencel/cotton and 600-1200 thread count cotton fabric. In the same year, 3509 start using Supima cotton, by using the extra long staple cotton, our quality help our clients earn a lot of money. Back to 2013, 3509 introduce the 160s compact cotton yarn for bedding fabric weaving to the market, and start to weave 1000TC fabric with 160s compact cotton yarn, what's more we restart to supply the military fabric to PLA, and we became Itlay military uniform fabric supplier by cooperate with NT MAJOCCHI S.R.L.

1.as a yarn and woven fabric manufacturer, we can provide you good quality cotton yarn(80s-160s),bamboo yarn(21s-60s),tencel yarn(21s-60s),modal yarn(21s-60s) or cotton blended yarn such like CVC yarn,bamboo cotton yarn, tencel cotton yarn and so on. We have 336 air jet looms, we can offer you 200-1000 thread count cotton fabric(pima cotton, supima cotton, ESL Egyptian cotton),250-300 thread count bamboo fabric, tencel fabric, modal fabric or blended fabric.
2.as a contractor, we can help you with the finished fabric or bedding sheet, we cooperate with the best dyed and printed factories in Shandong. What's more, a sewing factory with BSCI and SEARS certification help us sew bedding sheet.
3.as a trader, we can offer you sewing yarn(mainly 100% spun polyester yarn) and mattress protector made from bamboo or tencel.
