EDM Resin is specially developed for water treatment system of WEDM machine tools. It can quickly adjust the water resistance to predetermined requirements.
The EDM resin is composed of gel type strong acid cation exchange resin and strong alkali anion exchange resin. It is highly transformed and specially purified, and compounded according to specific chemical equivalents. And It is suitable for the preparation of high purity water by WEDM and condensate water treatment system with the main purpose of removing ions and metal oxides. It has the characteristics of high purity, large work exchange capacity and long service life.
Ion exchange resin controls the electrical conductivity of processing industry (water), which is an important processing parameter in the cutting process. The EDM resin has the characteristics of high purity of effluent, stable water quality, maximum energy exchange and prolonged service life. It can effectively remove metal impurities and ionized metal ions in working fluid, ensure the best conductivity of working fluid (water), stabilize cutting parameters of machine tool processing, and improve cutting accuracy and processing speed. It is applied to various brand EDM machine tools such as Agie Charmilles, Mitsubishi, Sodick, Fanuc, Brothers, Hitachi, CHIMER, SSG, etc.

5. Note:
a. Keep the resin package intact and undamaged;
b. Do not open the package under direct sunlight.
c. Check regularly whether the resin packaging is good or not.
d. Keep the storage temperature of resin between – 50 o and 40 o
e. When opening the package, check whether the resin is slightly wet and spray pure water if necessary.
f. Seal the damaged bags as much as possible when changing them.
g. The frozen resin bags should be handled lightly to avoid mechanical impact and destroy resin particles.
h. When the performance of the resin declines, please make full use of the mixing resin, which can prolong the service life.
