Jiaonan Haili Valve Casting Co., Ltd. is located in Jiaonan City with beautiful landscape of seashore of Qingdao. The transportation is convenient, since we are 40 kilometers away from Qingdao Qianwan Harbor and close to Tongsan Highway and 204 National Road.
Occupying over 20,000 square meters, Jiaonan Haili has been constructed into an all-around company which integrates cast steel & cast iron forging and mechanical manufacture. Our manhole cover products include ductile cast iron and gray iron well covers, which possess such special features as logical design, beautiful appearance and high resistance to compression and rupture. Our well cover annual production capacity is more than 2,000 tons. For 7 consecutive years, our well covers are sold well in Canada, America, Taiwan area, etc. and win us good reputations and the trust from customers.
High Silicon Cast Iron (HSCI) Anodes are our independently developed products which have conformed to ASTM A518/A518M-86 ever since 1999. HSCI Anode products include Solid Stick Anodes, Hollow Tube Anodes and Board Anodes, totally over 50 assortments. We have a sand casting production line and a chill casting production line with separated workshops. Chill casting is the dominant method for anode products, featuring better quality and corrosion resistance. We also produce anodes with mass production by sand casting. Our anode workshop occupies an area of 1,000 square meters and there are 4 medium frequency furnaces, a metal preheat furnace, an annealing and heat-preserving furnace and several electric heating shell-making and core-making machines. Two centrifugal anode tube-forming machines are commissioned and adjusted for future use in production. The figure of all anode products per month exceeds 100 tons. Our anode product quality and production capacity have achieved the advanced level in China and our products are well recognized and appreciated by customers both at home and abroad.
Among 100 employees, 10 of them are technicians and 2 are senior engineers. We have advanced technology, facilities and testing methods, with a quality assurance system and independent import and export rights. In 2005, our company passed the standard attestation of ISO9001 International System.
Now our company is increasing the investment in quality control to promote product quality to a higher level that adapts to the new demands of international market. Our products quality testing methods include chemical analysis, spectral analysis, metallographic analysis, physical experiment, nondestructive test, resistance test, etc. to ensure the reassurance and satisfaction of customers.
